I use a variety of methods focusing on an approach that is customized to each person's unique needs and healing process.
We will work on helping you feel more empowered by obtaining a better awareness of your patterns and triggers. I have experience working with people in the arts and the stressors that come with being in the industry. I also have experience with the LGBT community.
