For the past 15 years, I have been blessed to help clients create a “life worth living.” I enjoy helping clients find the path to their best life as they work through life transitions, trauma, LGBTQ+, and attachment issues. I have also spent the last year getting trained to provide ketamine assisted therapy, where ketamine is coupled with therapy to provide new thought patterns which can be potentially life changing. I am also the parent of a child adopted through DCFS and intimately understand the ups and downs of attachment issues. Lastly, I am also the sibling of multiple military members and understand the culture.
My main treatment modality involves DBT skills to help clients gain tools to cope more effectively with difficult life situations. I also employ ketamine assisted therapy, parts work (IFS), sand tray, and a variety of other trauma models.
