My professional focus has been helping clients of all ages with trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, self harming, anxiety, and oppositional behaviors. We collaborate together to help you ground to yourself and your potential. I believe true change occurs when we combine awareness with skills.
I take on a client-centered approach with using evidence-based approaches to ensure interventions are unique to the individual. I serve as a guide to help keep clients focused on their ideal outcomes. I am also fluent in Spanish and English.
I believe that everyone deserves access to mental health care and have an opportunity to find a balance in their lives when it comes to their own mental health issues. I realize that it may be hard to seek help with ones mental health struggles due to stigma and want to ensure that all clients feel that they are in a non-judgmental space and can be open.
