I specialize in relationship dynamics and use methods including Mindfulness, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems work, Somatic Oriented Treatments, Trauma Informed Care and Attachment focused interventions to facilitate this healing process.
My background and training have focused on trauma, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, transitions (ie. break up, religion, job loss, coming out), and self esteem.
