I primarily work with young adults on issues related to school, stress, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and several other concerns. I also like to work with individuals who might need that extra "nudge" to assist them in achieving their goals. I love collaborating with others and learning what motivates you. In addition, I have a passion for assisting individuals who have been victims of narcissistic abuse.
I have unique experience having worked in various treatment settings with a number of differing individuals and concerns. I also have experience working in school-based settings, addiction treatment centers, and community behavioral health.
