Hey there! I'm dually credentialed as a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 14 years of professional experience in healthcare and have worked across the United States with vastly diverse clinical needs. I specialize in recovery from mental illness as well as how these issues impact nuanced groups, such as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized sociocultural populations (ex: BIPOC, diverse body types, low socioeconomic status, etc).
I integrate experiential, verbal processing, and psycho-educational interventions in my work with clients. My goal is to help you learn how to best help yourself through building your internal resources and self-awareness.
