I specialize in assisting individuals or couples facing high conflict relationships or divorce. Both are devastating and difficult to navigate on a "good" day. Gaslighting, accusations, manipulation, long drawn-out legal battles, and difficulty co-parenting can take a toll on even the most resilient person. Many of my clients are questioning if they are in an abusive relationship, are considering leaving, are ready to leave but need guidance and support on how to do so in a safer manner or have left and are trying to rebuild a new life.
