As a clinician, I can assist you by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and self care techniques to decrease unwanted behaviors and emotions. I empathize with those who are learning about their neurodivergent traits, have experienced trauma including medical trauma, or have struggled with grief or substance abuse.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered.
