I have spent the last 20 years working with children, adolescents, individuals and couples. My diverse practice has helped me to understand how people of all ages and walks of life function and how to help relieve their pain and work towards health and live without trauma.
I am an EMDR Level 2 therapist working specifically with complex trauma. I have a Level 2 certification with PACT as my training working with couples. I am a graduate of Integrative Psychiatry Institute and serve as an OR Psychedelic Facilitator- this is not connected to my therapy practice, but is separate and can be found on a different website.
