I am a licensed psychologist with experience treating adults with a diversity of presenting concerns. I offer short-term and long-term therapy and I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety and mood difficulties, relationship concerns, difficulties with significant life changes, trauma/loss, and diversity issues.
My approach in therapy is to work collaboratively with individuals as we work toward reaching their therapy goals. I strive to create an environment where individuals can safely process their challenges and work toward change. Taking into account individuals' unique experiences, values, and cultural variables is an important part of the therapy process.
As a psychologist, it is an honor to play a role during challenging periods in individuals' lives. It is a privilege to support, be able to witness, and engage with individuals on their journey to gain insight, recognize their strengths, and their capacity for making positive changes in their lives.
