Life is full of challenges, some more difficult to navigate than others. Whether you or your children are struggling with these difficult seasons of life, I am here to help! I specialize in children and adolescents, have a passion for working with perinatal mental health disorders (pregnancy and postpartum depression, anxiety and OCD, pregnancy loss and/or complications, grief, infertility), the transition to motherhood, parenthood and overall family dynamics. I am also fluent in ASL and am passionate about the Deaf community.
I strive to provide a warm and safe environment where you can express your feelings, thoughts, worries, stresses, fears and challenges you face in everyday life. I want you to feel seen, heard, understood and validated and provide a place where you won’t feel judged or looked down upon.
I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. Striving to help clients find tools to cope with life’s stresses, I pull from attached based theories, emotion focused therapy, play therapy techniques, CBT, narrative therapy and collaborative approaches.
