The mission of my practice is to serve as a guide to mental wellness, whether overcoming traumatic experiences, battling depression or anxiety, managing anger, or adjusting to life's challenges. Each client's unique concerns deserve thoughtful consideration. I value every client and take the time to listen carefully. Mental health issues, dysfunctional relationships, and hurtful conditions can interfere with the realization of one's hopes and dreams in all areas of life. I create collaborative, trusting relationships with my clients to seek healthy new ways of handling obstacles and making meaningful changes in their lives.
My 34 years of experience have focused on treating various forms of psychological trauma. My clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we confront multiple issues together. My goal is to effectively facilitate each client's progress by providing different techniques they can effectively use to overcome obstacles.
