I have worked in child welfare and community mental health for over 15 years. I have worked with individual from all backgrounds and traumas. I work with individuals with a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorders, Postpartum Depression and those are just to name a few. I have experience working with historical trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, domestic violence, difficult life transitions, and abuse.
I provide a warm, comforting and confidential therapeutic space to allow an environment of healing and recovery. I work with individuals at their own pace and comfort level with trauma informed and person-centered care approaches. I am trained in EMDR to assist people to re-process trauma.
I believe in meeting individuals where they are at in their lives and walk alongside their journeys of healing and recovery. Everyone has their story and deserves to be heard, validated, and supported through an individualized therapeutic path.
