I work particularly well with women, creatives, & queer people, including non-binary, lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, & pansexual folks. I also specialize in recovery from coercive control, including high demand religions (especially the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints/LDS/Mormonism), narcissistic abuse, and cults, both religious & secular.
My clients often appreciate an eclectic approach utilizing somatic, relational, attachment-based, mindfulness-based (MBCT), psychodynamic, & Internal Family Systems (IFS) modalities.
