It is not unusual to have times in our lives that feel challenging, confusing, or chaotic. When we meet life struggles, it is essential to feel safe and supported. If you are seeking a neutral, nonjudgmental space to explore your distress, we can work together to develop the insight and skills that will support who you are and who you want to be. I am particularly experienced at working with adults who are processing grief and loss. The grieving experience is universal, yet every loss is unique, grieved in its own way and in its own time. It can be helpful to have compassionate companionship and an experienced guide on that journey.
I have over 28 years of experience and training in hospice care, end-of-life transitions, and bereavement. I also welcome clients who are living with trauma, depression or anxiety, or experiencing life transitions. I offer trauma-specific care, such as EMDR and NET. The integrative approach we take to healing will be based in your unique needs.
I believe we are all doing the best we can with what’s in front of us.
