I offer compassionate and collaborative therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are in need of support while navigating challenges. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, negative self-image and self-talk. I address complexities within peer / intimate relationships, family dynamics in the home, school, and community setting, and develop tools to establish healthy communication. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to heal. Through the use of narrative therapy, CBT, and other treatment modalities, I help individuals reframe negative self-perceptions, reclaim agency over their lives, and discover new possibilities for the future.
