Greetings! I use a depth psychotherapy, DBT, Humanistic, empathetic, Self-Psychology style of counseling to empower you to reach your desired emotional, psychological and spiritual growth/development. I treat individuals, families, youth, couples, adults and LGBTQ+. I often work with people of diverse backgrounds, offering sensitivity and understanding for the complexity of the human experience. Grief and loss, identity, anxiety, depression, personality and mood disorders, gender diversity and relational issues are just some of the areas in which I am skilled at holding space for you to grow at a pace that is most comfortable.
Using the tools I bring to our work I will assist you in understanding how your life experiences, formative relationships, personality and attachment style contribute to the formation of your sense of self and how you best thrive. We will explore this territory together, creating a confidential and safe space in which you will discover your own healing path.
I specialize in LGBTQ+ and gender identity counseling, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Voice Dialogue and child play therapy. Somatics, mindfulness and intuitive practices also inform my therapeutic work. Drawing from various healing modalities enriches my understanding of the individual and which direction to approach what brings you to therapy.

Do you often feel like your life is in crisis? Do you feel out of control with your emotions? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that has been proven to create positive, effective change for those who feel challenged by emotional sensitivity and reacting rather than responding to life.
