I help high-functioning individuals seeking to find meaning in their lives who struggle with unresolved issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety and have difficulty seeking help, and/or prioritizing their own needs. I offer evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, solution-focused, person-centered, and eclectic approaches, as well as spiritual-based methods like mindfulness, law of attraction, tarot, oracle cards, and flower remedies, I help clients resolve symptoms of trauma and associated symptoms of anxiety and depression.
I practice individualized therapy that is person centered and spiritually focused. Evidence based strategies include EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness and Inner Child/Parts work. I often refer to/ offer principles of the Law of Attraction, Spiritualism, Herbalism and Bach Flower Remedies in my practice.
