I believe the foundation to success in therapy starts with the therapeutic relationship between my clients and myself. During your first few sessions with me, you can expect an emphasis to be put on building rapport and developing a greater understanding of you as a whole. While I have experience working with a variety of individuals and diagnoses, I work primarily with adolescents and adults experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and human sexuality.
I take a client centered, solution focused approach to therapy while also integrating CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused therapy techniques to help clients achieve their full potential.
