I have significant experience working with a variety of clients. I work with individuals and families from ages 10 through 110. I have extensive experience with the geriatric population as well as teenagers. I have experience helping individuals with a variety of aspects of mental health which include, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and life changes .
Taking the step to come to therapy is one of the hardest things to do. However, in my experience, it is one of the best ways to take care of yourself.
