Our brokenness can cause us so much pain and turmoil, and yet it is that very brokenness or imperfection that can help us uncover our greatest potential. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help you tap into that luminous potential in order to unlock more choices in your life and to further personal growth.
I provide individual, couples, and group therapy for adults struggling to find their way through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and substance use. I also work with survivors of trauma in its many forms, such as relational trauma, sexual assault, and social oppression.
I utilize psychoanalytic and mindfulness approaches to facilitate self-exploration and the development of a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others. Together we can create a safe, compassionate space to support your journey toward healing and self-empowerment.
