The fact that you are here, browsing for a potential counselor, is a brave step in the direction of growth, and I would be honored to accompany you on this most heartfelt journey. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, parenting issues, divorce, and feelings of low self-worth, as well as with those who are sober curious, in recovery, or who want to explore behavioral addictions.
With over 15 years of experience in the health care field, I take an integrative and holistic approach with each client. I utilize mindfulness-based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as various expressive arts modalities.
Working together, we create a safe space for you to explore your life in an open and honest way. My goal as a counselor is to help you discover your strengths and find the courage and motivation within yourself to design the life you imagine.
