I'm currently providing in person and telehealth therapy for people struggling with mental health issues including borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and grief & loss. Treatment methods used include DBT, CBT, trauma informed care and addiction treatment.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan and Oregon. I am certified in addictions (CAADC), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certified (C-DBT). I have extensive experience with borderline personality disorder, behavioral issues, trauma and addiction.
I have dedicated the last 12 years to helping others overcome barriers and challenges that interfere with a healthy, happy life. By creating a safe, empathic, non-judgmental environment, I am able to utilize my extensive training to offer proven therapeutic techniques and skill building to assist and guide others in achieving their personal goals.
