As a therapist, I serve individuals who feel held back by past experiences or stuck in unhelpful patterns in their relationships, work lives, or within themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to move towards a true sense of healing, wholeness, and confidence. I offer a supportive environment, an opportunity to explore the impact of past experiences and current stressors, and practical solutions to address past and present concerns.
I have over ten years of experience working with all ages to heal from trauma, improve relationships, and manage anxiety. I frequently provide EMDR Therapy and am an EMDRIA certified therapist. I am also intensively trained in DBT and offer DBT skills training and generalization for individual clients.
