The majority of my experience has been rooted in the hospice and palliative care setting, focused on caregiving and grief. We all "feel" differently and a lot can impact that- everything from our past experiences, our family dynamic, the communities we identify with, and the "mental load" we carry each day.
Additionally, I have experience and passion working with survivors of domestic violence, navigating autism as an adult, health at every size, and perinatal mental health. I am committed to continuing to grow as an advocate, remain steadfastly compassionate, and provide comfort and encouragement to clientele in all areas of my expertise.
