My specialties include grief & loss; relationship struggles; rebuilding identity after a break-up or divorce; healing from discrimination; adjusting to culture/reverse culture shock; navigating life with processing differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia or ASD; as well as, coping with self-doubt, and vertical/social mobility adjustment.
I lived in the Far East, Middle East, & the UK for over a decade of my adult life and have provided counseling to clients from 19 different countries - from varying ethnic, socio-economic, and religious (as well as non-religious) backgrounds. This provides me a unique world perspective in which I can better seek to understand individuals from their context.
