I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School. I have over 18 years of experience of helping people heal emotional wounds. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma related issues and abuse. Feeling “blah”, stressed or angry shouldn’t be a daily experience. I enjoy aiding people in finding their own unique personal journey. I believe in a person-centered approach and tailor to each session to the client’s individual needs. I have an experience in traditional talk therapy but also have qualifications in art therapy, hypnotherapy, and equine assisted therapy.
Therapy is a very personal experience and I believe it’s important for individuals to find the right counseling fit for them. That’s why I offer free 15min on-line consultations to ensure this is the right fit for you. I want you to leave each session feeling better than when we started. I treat everyone with the respect and compassion they deserve.
