Different seasons of life reveal different needs, hopes, and concerns in each of us. I love working with clients to help them "unstick" and move into their present and future with tools that are a better fit for who they are and want to be. Some things you will see in your work with me include CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and solution-focused approaches. I am also informed by my training in Early Childhood Mental Health. I invite exploration of how race, culture, spirituality, and gender impact and inform wellness and mental health.
