As humans traverse along this journey called life, one should never feel that they are walking in solitude. The experience of relational conversations that affirm, support, uplift and empower should be a common occurrence, yet sometimes, that is not the case. Therefore, I do the work that I do; I counsel, I encourage, and I motivate. As a counselor, my mission is to help individuals reach their personal goals, assist in restoring families and marital relationships, and encourage children and adolescents to become their personal best.
I specialize in kids and adolescents as well as women and mothers who need support with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and trauma, and day to day coping skills. I use Solution Focused Brief Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also enjoy using creative therapeutic techniques such as sand trays and play.
It is my desire for my clients to live abundantly, happy, healthy and whole.
