My areas of expertise include working with men and women individually (I am not a couples therapist) as they navigate through a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, insecurities, uncertainties and how past traumas and learned behaviors can all play a part in the health of their current relationships. Of course this includes their intimate partner relationships but I also have much experience in helping individuals navigate through concerns involving complex adult child/parent relationships.
My clients notice improved ability to navigate relationships, most importantly, the relationship they have with themselves while learning how to become the healthiest version of themselves. I provide a safe, warm, welcoming environment for you to explore all your thoughts and feelings on the path towards becoming your true, authentic self.
I'm currently seeing my clients through telehealth (Zoom) sessions. I know it can sound a bit disconnected and daunting to visit with your therapist this way, but I assure you it is a comfortable experience whether you're meeting with me while in your home in that favorite chair or in your car eating your lunch on a work break.
