I began this journey working as a crisis counselor, which led to my becoming a licensed counselor. I provided services to children and their parents to overcome behavioral challenges and assist with parenting skills. I transitioned to helping adolescent and adult clients process trauma, and manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression to improve their function.
I am excited to be in private practice to help meet the community's needs. I have joined the practitioners at Renaissance Mind and Body, LLC to provide a range of services to help our clients holistically find strength and improve daily function. We believe in you!
