As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in a private outpatient practice, I specialize in individual, group, and couples counseling for adults. My clinical focus includes a range of mental health diagnoses, particularly partner relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the LGBTQIA community. I am passionate about working with couples and helping trauma patients navigate and process their experiences. I understand that seeking help is a courageous step. My goal is to create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
Partner Relational Issues: Guiding couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Anxiety: Helping individuals develop effective strategies to manage and reduce anxiety, fostering a sense of calm and control. Depression: Providing compassionate support and therapeutic techniques to help.
Trauma: Assisting those who have experienced trauma in processing and healing from their past, using evidence-based methods. LGBTQIA: Offering affirming and inclusive care to support the unique mental health needs of the LGBTQIA community. I have a particular passion for working with couples and trauma patients.

Anger Management Group
New Journey Counseling LLC. offers court ordered anger management group. This group modality welcomes the learner to take the journey of learning new skills to addressing anger related issues. We offer 1 group session, 4 hours long intensive program to meet your court ordered needs. The cost of the group session is $60 and will cover curriculum sanctioned by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA.org) cognitive behavioral approach to anger management. Upon completion the learner will receive verification of completion for court related referral.
