Hello, my name is Melanie Bellizzi, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut and working with clients via telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents specializing in depression, anxiety, stress, and substance use disorders. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients make progress to live a healthier life.
