Hi there, I would be honored to help you through your journey! I believe that everyone has the capacity to move through their trauma and achieve a fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Using EMDR, I help clients process and integrate traumatic experience through a EMDR approach, we will work together to create a plan that fits your unique needs and desires. I have expertise in co-occurring disorders, addiction counseling, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am an EMDR therapist and work with trauma. I offer Spanish sessions as well as English.
I work with people seeking individual therapy and family therapy. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and can offer sessions in either language. I am EMDR trained and offer EMDR sessions for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I am eager to give back to the community and work with clients in need. I am currently taking clients both virtually and in person.
I am a APC and am under the supervision of Tara Towler Cumby, LPC, CPCS.
