My name is Melanie. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor with 25 years’ experience. I primarily utilize a psychoanalytic approach in counseling and help clients free themselves from reacting to triggers and having negative behavioral patterns. This approach will help you recognize your potential and provide an understanding of where your thoughts and behaviors stem from.
