My specialization in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression is coupled with a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by first responders, military personnel, their families, as well as those experiencing postpartum depression, challenges in parenting, and the many transitions in motherhood. I am a firm believer that understanding the profound link between our physical, mental, and emotional well-being is crucial to unlocking our fullest potential. I utilize an eclectic approach in my practice. To best meet the needs of each client's unique situation, style, and needs, I tap into different evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and Seeking Safety.
I firmly believe that "everything is figureoutable".
