I have extensive clinical experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I seek to create a safe, therapeutic space for my clients to open up—directly or indirectly—through the utilization of play, art, or talk therapy. I am also happy to incorporate a Christian perspective into therapy for those who are interested in a faith-based approach.
I take a warm, nonjudgmental approach and accept every person where they are at in their journey. Using primarily psychodynamic and attachment theories, I aim to discover underlying subconscious motivations, increase clients' awareness of their inner self, and help my clients resolve undesirable patterns that may influence their behavior and relationships.
I have a particular interest in nutritional psychology (how nutrition affects the brain and how deficiencies can manifest in mental health symptoms), offering a Christian approach to therapy, and also issues related to fertility and miscarriages. I also provide "crunchy" lifestyle coaching to help lower toxins in the body and improve overall health outcomes.
