I take an integrated approach, grounded in psychodynamic theory, which will help us to uncover your story with the texture and nuance that it deserves. While it can often help to talk to trusted family and friends, the psychodynamic perspective brings something unique that you can’t find outside of a therapeutic space.
Having worked in the United States and India, I also come with a broad understanding of what it means to navigate different cultures and value systems.
