I have thorough training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I provide care for many adults who have ongoing challenges such as depression and anxiety, as well as adolescents and families with a variety of other struggles, such as communication issues and stress.
