I take an individualized approach to therapy, using techniques and theories from a number of approaches to help you adjust and grow through your unique experiences.
While techniques are important, the therapeutic relationship is paramount to my practice. My warmth and down-to-earth nature make it easy for me to build a relationship of trust with my clients, especially teens. I work to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for every person.
I enjoy working with people of all ages. While my specialization is in grief, I have experience working with many issues, including depression, anxiety, teens issues, sexuality, and relationships. I look forward to working together to bring about positive change in your life!
