Working closely with the clinical director, Meghan uses a variety of techniques to provide the best possible treatment for her clients. These include Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Rogerian/Client-Centered/Humanistic and Strengths-Based. With her background in athletics, music and the arts, she is able to relate with a wide range of clientele.
