I always meet clients where they are. My approach is eclectic, but combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, trauma informed, solution focused, mindfulness, person centered, and motivational interviewing. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs and wants. My goal is always to help you live the best life you can.
