Therapy helps us reconnect with ourselves and realign with our life goals, values, and morals. I will walk with you on your journey of self discovery, carving new paths, and connecting with the world in a way that supports who we are.
I work with depression, anxiety, trauma and day to day obstacles that sometimes stumps us. I work primarily with adolescents (15+) and adults. I am a Certified Geek Therapist because gaming, comics, and other media's are awesome and play a huge role in the healing process. I practice EMDR for trauma and DBT for mindfulness.
I integrate geek/nerd/popculture into therapy to help strengthen the healing process and help reconnect with the Inner Self. I invite those who feel left out, strange, and are just looking for their place in the world, I will be by your side in this next adventure.
