My counseling style is grounded in a person-centered approach through a humanistic lens. It is trauma informed, integrative, holistic, intuitive, sprinkled with humor, and infused with authenticity. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which is an exceptionally effective method to relieve acute and complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and much more.
