My aim is to be a constant support for people processing a strong range emotions, and “feel all of the feels.” If you are ready to have a support point on your team, to help to manage overcoming emotions, I am your person. So often I hear clients say, “I think I'll feel better when/if (fill in the blank a likely false end point).” Only to find out the when and if that idealized change happens, we still feel stuck. I want to work with you to discover ways that work for you to manage these issues. My hope is you'll feel more like yourself again!
I am a trauma-focused, EMDR trained therapist working with adults managing daily stressors, grief, and trauma. I use a variety of modalities depending on the individual's needs and goals. I also have a passion for working with women experiencing infertility. I've been through it myself and you need and deserve support.
