For those of you struggling to navigate life's ups and downs: I see you. I take a holistic healing approach with a special attention to navigating life’s transitions and thresholds. Life transitions at any age can be hard and present mental illness and symptoms you may have never experienced. I will assist you in adjusting to, and navigating, chronic illness, aging, onset of and commitment to working through anxiety and/or depression. Together, we can awaken your mind, body and spirit to your potential for healing and wellness so that you can live more fully, love more deeply, and become your most authentic self.
My practice is creative and open-minded and encourages thinking outside of the box. I will help you look at life through a different lens- looking for different perspectives and rewiring your brain to decrease anxiety and depression and increase positivity.
Along with processing, a session with me could include individualized gentle yoga, sound healing with the use of sound bowls, and teaching and practicing mindfulness and meditation. I am currently accepting new clients. I offer individual mental health therapy to adults of all ages using a Telehealth platform.
