I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist and specialize in trauma therapy with adults and children. I also frequently use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), coaching useful and practical skills. Additionally, I offer couples counseling, drawing from Gottman's therapy.
