In my practice, I support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life transitions and engage in self-discovery. Together, we explore the roots of personal identity and consider tools to manage stressors of daily living. Clinically, I use framework from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and neuroscience from The Mindsight Institute to guide clients therapeutically.
Clients often come to me when they've found they need a change after feeling exhausted, burned out, and disconnected. Our coping mechanisms, like drinking, scrolling, or distracting, often feel safe and have served us for many years, yet they're no longer working like they once did. Together, we consider new pathways for connection with tools and support.
Step by step, my clients move toward a more confident, clear-minded, and steady way of living. My eclectic therapeutic approach uses framework from Relational Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as tools from Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) and the PEERS program from the Semel Institute, UCLA.
