Hi! I am a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy services to women in Arizona, California, and all participating PsyPact States. I offer support during transitions related to early career, relationships/family, pregnancy/postpartum, and early parenthood years. Many clients report experiencing increased stress or uncertainty during these transitions, and may describe periods of low mood, worry/nervousness, sleep problems, irritability, guilt, or grief/loss. Clients may also struggle with perfectionism or feel overwhelmed or burned out by managing career pressures and caretaking/parenting roles.
Therapy sessions integrate strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion. Clients explore their experiences, thoughts, emotions, and identify personal values with a plan for action. Stress management strategies and effective communication skills may be discussed.
My approach is client-centered, interactive, and offers kindness and compassion to the experience. I strive to create a validating environment where clients can discuss concerns and receive support and strategies to help with coping and reaching personal goals.
