I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist focusing on building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship and working toward long-lasting results. As a trained EMDR, CBT, and DBT therapist, I am interested in helping those who crave a better way to manage stress, navigate life changes, and improve their relationships.
